Policies and Other Information…

Discounts:

All AAA
and other discounts need to be arranged at the time the reservation
is made.

Pets:

$10.00
per night plus $100 refundable security deposit.
Pets need to be caged if left in the cabin for an extended
period of time. Not all cabins or homes allow pets…please
inquire at time of reservation.

Miscellaneous:

Rates subject to change
without notice.

Wireless
internet is present at the RESORT proper. Vacation Homes,
unless specified, do not have wireless.

Units
furnished with complete housekeeping needs: Linen, bedding,
utensils, and dishes. Vacation Homes and extended stays in
cabins should consider additional garbage liners, aluminum
foil or paper products, i.e. paper towels or paper plates.

Dishwashing
liquid, dishwasher soap, comet, sponge and dish rag are provided.

Daily
maid services provided. (Resort cabins
only, not for Vacation Homes)

All of
our cabins are no smoking.
We will provide ashtrays for smoking outside.

Please
bring pool/jacuzzi towels, or bath robe. Jacuzzi is indoors
and for ADULTS only

All cabins
equipped with private telephones, TV’s, VCR’s, DVD’S and microwaves.

All cabins
have fireplaces. Coyote and Elk have gas fireplaces.

Cancellations:
30 days for all units except motel units, which are 14 days

Reservations
cancelled more then 30 days prior to arrival date shall receive
a full refund and a $50.00 cancellation fee. Reservations
cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival shall forfeit
1/2 your total stay or one (1) night’s lodging, whichever
is greater.

Code
Compliance:

All
homes and cabins adhere to city guidelines for occupancy and
number of cars allowable. Do not exceed the maximum occupancy
for the unit you have booked. All children count after the
age of 2. Number of cars may not exceed the number of bedrooms
in your unit. Strict enforcement of these guidelines will
be adhered to.
