(Occupancy 2-5) Bear’s Den This charming condo located In the Boulder Creek complex is situated right next to Boulder Bay and the newly remodeled Boulder Bay Park.
There are two bedrooms each with a queen bed and 2 full bathrooms. One bedroom has another TV.
The living room has a wonderful stone fireplace TV/DVD. There is a hide-a-bed in the living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer and a small dining area. You have access to the facilities at Boulder Creek, seasonal heated pool, jacuzzi, Basketball and recreation area, or the facilities at the Grey Squirrel Resort, just down the block.
This unit works well for larger groups/families with the identical unit just upstairs. Together they could accommodate up to 10 guests.
Bear’s Den has a Propane BBQ and is located on the lower level.
